One program, one board
Day of Show runs artist relations and ground transportation as one program. We advance every artist, plan and dispatch every run, and track all of it on one board: what each side owes, and when.
Davon Johnson leads every program. He has advanced and executed 800+ shows across five continents.
The same system is built to run the artist side of a tour, from the tour manager's chair.
How it is priced
Your transport and hospitality budget, plus a management fee. The software that runs the program is included. The numbers come in a written proposal for your festival.

What we never do
- Send anything to an artist, agent or vendor without a person approving it.
- Move money. We record what is owed and paid; your payment systems move it.
- Store card numbers or bank account details.
- Put our name ahead of yours on anything your artists or camps see.
Talk about your festival
Tell us the festival, the dates and what you need covered.
We use what you send to reply to you, and it stays with our business email. See the privacy policy.
